Important Information about your CU Email Account:

Backups: Althought Computer Services keeps periodic backups of your email account it is still your responsibility to make a backup either using an email client such as Outlook, Eudora, etc. that allows archiving email or by using this method

Keeping Your Email Account: Graduates from Concord may keep their email accounts as along as you use it regularly. We monitor account usage and if your account has not been used (logged into) for more than 180 days (6 months) it will be deleted. This is an automated procedure and any email lost will not be recoverable (see Backups above).

Non-returning Students that do not return to Concord after 2 consecutive terms (not including summer terms) will have their accounts deleted along with any email, see Backups above. When you return to Concord your email account will be re-created. If you have any questions concerning this information please feel free to contact us at 384-5126 (x5126 on campus)
